Calculate the dose you get from a reconstituted nasal spray.
A nasal pump delivers a fixed volume every time you press it — usually about 0.1 mL per spray. Enter how much peptide you dissolved, the total liquid in the bottle, and how many sprays you take per dose, and this tells you exactly how much peptide each dose delivers. The standard nasal dose is 2 sprays — one per nostril.
Common nasal bottle sizes: 5 or 10 mL — or enter your own.
e.g. 2 = one spray per nostril.
Standard pumps are 0.1 mL per spray. Change if yours differs.

Prime a new pump with a few sprays before your first dose. The last 0.2–0.5 mL usually won't spray (dead volume at the bottom), so expect a few fewer usable doses than the "per bottle" number shows.
